Our Bath Salts contain a balance of magnesium, potassium, calcium chloride and bromides.

Magnesium combats stress and fluid retention, slows skin aging and calms the nervous system. Calcium prevents water retention, increases circulation and strengthens nails and bones. Potassium energizes the body and balances skin moisture. Bromides ease and relax muscle stiffness. Sodium is important to the lymphatic fluid balance, that helps the immune system.


Epsom salt eases stress and relaxes the body, relieves pain and muscle cramps, exfoliates dead skin, helps lower blood pressure which in return prevents hardening of the arteries and blood clots.

To use, simply add the bath salts to your bath water and relax.
