1. WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE?
USPS First Class Mail- all orders under .75 (3/4) lbs are shipped USPS First Class Mail to the Continental United Sates and Canada
USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate - all orders over .75 (3/4) lbs are shipped USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate for areas located within the Continental United Sates and Canada
2. CAN I USE OTHER CARRIERS?
Sorry, we do not ship with Fedex, UPS, DHL, Airborne Express, TNT or other carriers. We ship exclusively with the US Postal Service.
3. SHIPMENT TIMES:
Since our products are made to order, items will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days.
Time in transit varies by USPS.
First Class Mail- is on average 3-5 business day in the U.S and 6-12 business days to Canada, but is not guaranteed.
USPS Priority Mail: is on average 2-3 business days in the U.S and 5-10 business days to Canada, but is not guaranteed

4. WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
At this moment we are only shipping within the U.S.A and Canada. Due to the restrictions that customs offices enforce some of our products or ingredients are banned in certain countries. Therefore we are only shipping within U.S and Canada.
